Placing an order securely via the Infinit website
If you would like to place an order for a Infinit Solar Nags you can do so via this website. To make a purchase simple visit the product page and click on the purchase buttons and proceed through to the checkout pages. From there you can choose the quantity you wish to purchase and the delivery option.
The Infinit website uses a full 128 Bit encrypted secure payment server for every transaction. We want you to know your personal information payment details are safe. We do not hold any of your payment details ourselves. We will also not pass any information on to third parties.
The full payment process is conducted by SagePay, the market-leading payment service provider.

Once payment has cleared (usually immediately) we will process your order. We will usually dispatch your order with 24 hours of receiving it. All UK orders are sent by first class Royal Mail delivery unless stated otherwise. This method of delivery can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive in the UK so please be patient. If you like to guarantee the delivery of your order more quickly please let us know in advance so we can arrange this for you.
Overseas orders may take up to 15 working days to arrive. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure it makes it there quicker we cannot guarantee the timescales due to 3rd party shipping companies.
The standard cost of shipping to the UK is £6.95, Europe is £20 and Rest of the World is £40. We may choose to offer discounts at certain time throughout the year.
Order tracking is available is you request a Premium Delivery method. All requests for this service must be made in advance by email. Please email us at customerservices@infinitsolarbags.com.
If, for any reason, you would like to return an Infinit product you can do so at any time within the warranty period if the product is faulty. The warranty for all Infinit Solar Charging Bag is 12 months from the date of purchase.
If the product has a defect please contact us and we will send you a returns envelope for the product to send it back at our cost.
Products that are returned because they are faulty will be replaced with a new product if the fault is deemed a manufacturing issue. If the product fault is down to user fault or malicious damage then we will repair or replace the product at a fair cost.
Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy with every purchase from Infinit and we will do our very best to meet your expectations. If you would like to return a product because it is faulty please contact us using our contact form and request a returns number. The returns number is required so we can ensure your request can be dealt with as efficient as possible.
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within seven working days of the day after the date the product is delivered, ‘the cooling off’ period. For further details on how to cancel please see our Product Terms and Conditions
If you would like to return a Infinit Solar Charging Backpack for a ‘no questions asked’ full refund you must do so within seven days of receipt of the product. The product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and it all it's original packaging. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process. Funds may take another 5 days to appear in your bank account.
We cannot accept product returns unless the product is faulty and or you would like to return it with the 7 day period. If you would like to return a product within the 7 day 'cooling off' period please use our contact form to request a returns form.
If you are returning a product because you do not want it for any reason other than manufacturer fault you will have to do so at your own cost.
To return a product by post please contact us using our contact form to request a product return form. Upon receipt of the return form, please enter the required details including your name, contact details and reason for return so we can process your return with maximum efficiency.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your item reaches us safely. If your return goes missing in the post there is nothing we can do. We recommend you send it back to us by recorded delivery. Postage charges to send the item back to us are your responsibility will not be refunded.
If the goods for your exchange are in stock, they will be dispatched within 14 working days. If the goods you require are out of stock we will send them to you once they become available again. You can check stock availability and expected product arrival times on our website. If this item is not in stock or there will be a slight delay on its arrival we will usually notify you as soon as possible. Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed.
For security reasons we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns other than through the postal service.

The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 14 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
